Linn County is located in the center of the Willamette Valley, with the Willamette River as its western boundary and the crest of the cascades as its eastern boundary. Linn County Parole & Probation is responsible for supervising more than 900 adult offenders placed on probation, parole, or post-prison supervision in our county.

Linn County Parole & Probation works in partnership with the courts, state prisons, and local jails to supervise offenders in our community. Our priorities include public safety, restitution to victims, and offender reform. 

Forms and Instructions
Once you select the form you have been instructed to fill out, you must save the form and attach it to your email. When your form is complete you must email it to your parole officer. Every field in the form you are filling out requires an answer, therefore, please do not submit your form unless it has been completed in its entirety.  When you are done filling out your form, email it to your parole officer. The list of parole officers and their email address is at the bottom of this page.
